How does your managed services package work?
You get a bucket of 8 hours each month which can be used towards admin work, workshops & training, & phone or email support for issues. We recommend using 1-2 of those hours for 30-minute weekly or biweekly check-ins to cover updates on work, strategy, and determining next steps to figure out what would help your business most.
Do hours roll over to the next month if they are unused?
Currently, we don’t roll over the hours because this is a month-to-month program with no contract lock-in. We’ll alert you if we’re nearing the end of the month and you still have extra hours to use and figure out how to best utilize them.
What happens if we go over hours?
First, we’ll always notify you when you’re nearing your hours limit or if we’re working on something and it looks like we’ll need to go over before moving forward. We will never go over without your knowledge and then charge you. If you want extra hours for any month, we’ll determine with you how many extra hours are needed and then send an additional invoice.
How does the automation minimum hours cost work?
If together we decide that a flow automation would be valuable for your business, we will automatically charge a minimum of 2 hours to pull from your monthly bucket of 8 hours. But depending on the complexity of the automation, it may take more than 2 hours to design, build, & deploy.
How does the month-to-month payment & contract work?
We’ll set up a recurring payment to charge you once a month for the package. If at any point you want to cancel, just let us know.
What if I’m a few days late to canceling and we’ve already been charged?
If no hours have been used up for the month yet, we’ll give you a full refund! If some have, you’ll get a prorated refund.
