In this video, I show you how to create emails in Pardot that look personal. You don’t always want to send an html/image heavy email to a prospect or customer. Sometimes a simple plain design is what’s best for the content. 

Once you’ve created your personal style email template you can still use it in standard Pardot automations. For example, some clients will send an autoresponder email to a prospect when they fill out a form from their salesperson with a link to that salesperson’s calendar. This simple automation saves you and your prospects time and does it in a more personal way than sending a designed marketing template.
